Amazing location and view at the heart of Haeundae. The apartment style rooms were very nice and spacious. Wall to ceiling windows were one of the best and loved waking up to the the view. Very clean and great for family.

Everything. The staff were very accommodating and friendly. We had two kids - 5 year old and 1 year old and stayed for two weeks. We felt very well looked after. The breakfast buffet for example - when they saw us come in they always brought out the baby seat and kids cutlery even though we didn't ask. And always gave our kids extra sweets! The kids loved it. Not the staff's fault but on the last day when we were leaving to the airport the elevator got stuck for about 20 mins. The staff were very apologetic about it. All good. Thank you for making our stay comfortable.

We had booked a junior suite with ocean view, which had two bedrooms (one double, ensuite and one single with a bathroom next door). It was practically a very big apartment with all needed facilities, very clean and a really great view at the sea. It does not have much personality in terms of decoration (think of it as service/corporate apartment) but it was very functional, few minutes walk from the beach and the blueline park. We had a car and it was also great that we could park at the garage for free. The staff was responsive through the booking app. Overall, we would stay there again and thought that it offered very good value for money.

This is a high-end luxury condo-style 2 bedroom suite. View was spectacular at 19th floor literally looking out to the Ocean at beachfront. From lighting, heating, kitchen, bathroom and laundry, there were all high-end accomodations. Our bed was probably the best out of all the hotels we stayed at. Location is prime as well, as you're mere stone's throw from all the Haeundae attractions. From there, all the hot springs and tourist spots were also mere walking distance. As a guest, you had to drive down to the basement garage and check in through the staff at the garage. From there you have to go through labrinthe of glass doors to get to the elevator to your room. Other than this minor inconvenience, rooms were impeccable like suites in Beverly Hills and Manhattan, and service was outstanding as well. It's a bit of drive if you want to visit Busan's JaGalchi Market and International Market, but was easily achieved with a rental car.

The apartment is spotlessly clean ! The kitchen is fully equipped, and there is a separate laundry room with dryer and washer. Everything is so clean that it looked brand new. It has quality furnishing and a thoughtful layout. Has a great view of the Mipo harbour area and the ocean, with the beach just at doorstep. A supermarket is located in next building, and many good restaurants are within walking distance. Helpful staff !
